Criteriology turns scattered evaluation criteria (checklists, rubrics, specs) into versioned, machine-readable sets.

Each set has immutable version snapshots (e.g., 1.0.0) so citations are stable and changes are traceable.

The Builder lets you combine one or more set versions and export a usable checklist for authors or reviewers.
